چکیده

To analyze the genetic structure and diversity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as dominant species on Citrus, Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) diversity, including 63 strains isolated selected from 8 different sites 5 citrus species, was studied. A total 19 GAPDH haplotypes were identified by analysis, main haplotype (haplotype 5) distributed in 28 isolates, mainly Citrus unchiu Hort. ex Tanaka (WG) reticulata Blanco cv. Succosa (BDZ) Huangyan (HY), Linhai (LH), Jiande (JD) Zhejiang province, Mashui tangerine (MSJ) Mengshan Guangxi province (GX). Using differentiation index, Fst revealed significant C. populations between Jiangxi (JXGZ) GX, HY, LH, JD, Chun’an (CA) also slightly less for Shaanxi (SX), Quzhou (QZ) province. In addition, great obtained MSJ paradise Macf (PTY), weak sinensis Osbeck (QC), WG, BDZ. The AMOVA test showed that levels 19% 81% among within geographic populations, respectively. It had host 12% 88%, Mantel distance not linearly correlated with geographical phylogenetic analysis regions hosts scattered tree, implying independent variety origin. We speculated may be due to gene mutation, recombination, or migration native has nothing do natural selection triggered geography variety.

Development of Microsatellite Markers and Analysis of Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides from Ethiopia

Twenty three polymorphic microsatellite markers were developed for citrus plant pathogenic fungus, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and were used to analyze genetic diversity and population structure of 163 isolates from four different geographical regions of Ethiopia. These loci produced a total of 118 alleles with an average of 5.13 alleles per microsatellite marker. The polymorphic informatio...

Investigation of Genetic Diversity and Structure Analysis of Different Citrus Genotypes Using ISSR Markers

In breeding programs, it is necessary having knowledge of the relatedness and genetic diversity in germplasm pools. The spread of cultivated regions and the high levels of production indicates citrus importance in the global economy. Therefore, 110 citrus genotypes were evaluated using 12 ISSR markers. Overall, 154 polymorphic bands were scored with an average of 12.8 alleles per primer. The po...

The Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex

UNLABELLED The limit of the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex is defined genetically, based on a strongly supported clade within the Colletotrichum ITS gene tree. All taxa accepted within this clade are morphologically more or less typical of the broadly defined C. gloeosporioides, as it has been applied in the literature for the past 50 years. We accept 22 species plus one subspec...
